imgresHere’s a quick recipe for building up lost protein after a workout:

Banana Vanilla Smoothie

  • 3/4 C of non-fat vanilla yogurt (Greek is better)
  • 1 banana in small cubes
  • Splash of skim milk
  • 6 ice cubes
  1. Add all ingredients then cover blender. Pulse on “ice crush” setting until smooth. Blend until evenly mixed.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
