I haven’t been able to jog or run (or really even walk too much more than necessary) for the past week.
My feet have been in excessive pain due to plantar fasciitis — a condition that affects the muscles on the bottom of my feet. I’ve been waiting on orthotics to reshape that muscle back to where it needs to be.
In the meantime, pain.
I’ve missed jogging and using my feet. There’s not much you can do without using them. Funny how much reading I’m getting done though.
